I recently had the pleasure of visiting Serra for the first time and let me tell you, it was an absolute delight! From the delicious food to the cozy ambiance, everything was just perfect. But what really stood out to me was the amazing service we received from the head bartender, Tommy. Tommy went above and beyond to make sure my family and I felt welcomed and taken care of during our visit. Not only did he provide quick and attentive service, but he also engaged us in wonderful conversation that made us feel right at home. It's rare to find such genuine hospitality these days, and Tommy truly made our experience at Serra special. I can't thank Tommy and the staff at Serra enough for making our Christmas season feel so warm and memorable. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious meal and top-notch service. I'll definitely be back for more!

Upon entering this cozy restaurant, I was immediately taken aback by the breathtaking Christmas decorations. I was lucky enough to snag a table right next to the beautifully lit tree, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. The cocktails were absolutely delicious and the staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. While the pasta I ordered wasn't the best I've ever had, it was still quite good. Overall, a charming spot with great atmosphere and tasty drinks - definitely worth a visit!

I was a bit skeptical about trying out this restaurant due to the low rating, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised! We had a fantastic brunch experience here. The rooftop setting was delightful, with a refreshing breeze and an abundance of natural light. Reservations are a must as it was quite busy, but the ambiance was worth it. Our server was top-notch, making sure our drinks were always full and even prioritizing our kids' meals to get them fed early. The Garden Spritz and Cold Brew Negroni were both delicious and refreshing. The focaccia bread was a hit, so much so that we forgot to snap a picture before devouring it. Freshly baked and served with olive oil, it was a real treat. The roasted butternut squash ravioli was rich and flavorful, a definite must-try. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the food and service at this restaurant. Next time I'm in New York, I wouldn't hesitate to come back here. With so many dining options in the city, this place stands out as a memorable spot worth revisiting.

I was a bit hesitant after seeing some negative reviews, but my visit to Serra completely exceeded my expectations. The standout dishes were definitely the branzino and tiramisu - both were absolutely delicious. The tiramisu was on another level, with a fresh and creamy custard that had me savoring every bite. The branzino was perfectly cooked, with a crispy exterior and juicy interior. The fried calamari and zucchini were also a hit, with the zucchini being a standout for its perfect crispiness. The only dish that fell a bit short for me was the tagliatelle with short rib red sauce. The sauce was flavorful, but the pasta itself was just okay. Knowing that Serra has access to fresh pasta from Eataly, I was a bit surprised by this. The service was fantastic, with attentive staff who even anticipated my needs like bringing me ice with my water without me having to ask. The staff also handled our need for the wheelchair access lift with professionalism and grace. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Serra and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend trying out their delicious offerings!
